My program is too far up the screen, I cannot see the buttons at the top of the program

It is possible for a program to get moved to far up the screen and the top of the program is no longer visible.  Normally you move a windows by clicking the program bar at the top and dragging the panel around the screen, but it is possible to move a program so far up that you can no longer click on that bar.  To bring the program down the screen using only the keyboard please do the following:

Open the program

Hold the ALT key down and tap the spacebar

Release both keys

Press the "M" key

Press the down arrow key to move the program down until the top of the program appears on the screen

Press the ESC key to exit that mode
